BAP is a marketplace platform connecting event hosts with venues. We facilitate payments through a third-party payment processor but are not a party to transactions between users. Cancellations are governed by our published policy — BAP determines any refund owed, which is issued directly by the venue to the host. Other disputes are handled directly between hosts and venues.
